Never sold or put into service, but becuase it was a display item, eBay classes it as "used". Comes exactly as shown in photos. What MFJ says about this power supply: This MFJ-4103 Miniature Switching Power Supply can deliver up to 40 Watts (13.8 VDC at 2.89 Amps) of reliable power anywhere in the world! Its an incredibly tiny 4 ⅛" x 2 ⅝" x 1 ⅜" and weighs just 10 ounces including output power cord and connector. It has an output DC cable with a standard MFJ coaxial DC power connector (2.1mm ID, 5.5mm OD) that fits most MFJ and other ham accessories and QRP rigs. A sturdy adapter cable is also included for use with the Yaesu FT-817. Its perfect for QRP rigs needing up to 2.89 Amps. The MFJ-4103 Mini Switching Power Supply works for input voltages 100-240 VAC and power line frequencies 47-63 Hz. Use the MFJ-4103 almost anywhere in the world by plugging in an AC power cord with an appropriate wall plug for that country (not included, laptop computer AC cord recommended). The MFJ-4103 is protected from overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature. It has excellent 1% line and 5% load regulation and 1% peak to peak ripple and noise. Operating temperature is 0-40 degrees Celsius. Mean time between failure is 100,000 hours at full load at 25 degrees Celsius ambient. It meets FCC part 15 class B, UL 1950 and CSA 22.2 NOTE ABOUT FACTORY DISPLAY UNITS: USED: This has never been sold or placed into service. This is a fully-functional unit that was used as a static display either in MFJ's offices or as part of MFJ's hamfest display booth. As such, it may have cosmetic scuffs or scrapes on the cabinet, it may have some extra, tiny holes (usually two at the most) in the cabinet from security brackets on the hamfest displays. Hamfest displays often had a "show sticker" applied to the cabinet. If so, those have been removed, and there may be some adhesive residue left where the sticker once was. Goo-Gone and rubbing with a thumbnail will usually remove all or most of the residue. The residue is a cosmetic thing only. Some case screws may be missing, or may be mismatched. The photos here are of the actual item being sold, not "stock" photos. Please look closely at the photos, as those are the best guide to the cosmetic condition of the cabinet or case. If you'd like, you can always repaint the cabinet with readily available matte-finish black paint.
