Description: Matchbox #1A Road Roller 1953 (50mm). One of the first models. This is in amazing condition. I would say very near mint as can just make out tiny blemishes on rollers. Literally stored in the box in a drawer since the 1950s. The box is also near mint with good integrity- as shown. Only the first 7 models were issued with this box the word "MOKO" appears in script lettering,while "LESNEY" is in block lettering. The box is also rare. I'm confident there isn't a better condition original with box for sale anywhere right now... A real gem... buy it now.
