I turned it on and it shows 0.0 speed (photo #1). I toggled the INT (photo #2) and EXT button (photo #3). I then pushed up and down arrows and went to lowest RPM 1.0 (photo #4) and highest RPM 100 (photo #5). I don't have any motor to actually connect to it. Seems to respond to all button pushes, goes up and down and the display and body both also look very nice cosmetically. The blur around numbers in photos is just a photo effect. It is not "blurry" like in photo, in real life.
