Description: Selling my old Marvel Iron Man 2 Minimates from the Toys R Us 2 packs circe 2009-2010.From a tobacco-free adult collection. Made by Diamond Select and Art Asylum. Some background: I originally purchased these in 2009-2010 from Toys R Us. They were played with and loved, displayed briefly and packed into individual baggies. Recently upon opening the bags they were stored in I noticed a tacky residue on most figures. I deduced this is most likely due to the factory oil applied to the figures joints to prevent pieces snapping off. Since they were stored in bags this oil was free to move around over the years and resulted in a slightly tacky feeling. I have carefully cleaned each with a soft brush, soap and warm water before photographing and packing them into brand new baggies. Iron Man Mark IV has some red smudges on the Tony Stark head piece from paint rub. Would not come off with my cleaning method.
