Washington. They were photographed by S. F. Adams, New Bedford, Mass. All three views have corner wear and overall soiling. The top image shows the Tip Top House in the distance (identified in pencil on the verso as Tip Top House from the Carriage Road). The middle image shows the Tip Top House closer with people on the rocks. The bottom image is the closest view of the Tip Top House...is that a person standing in front of the door?
