The size does not include the 1” mat nor the width of the frame.The framed prints come ready to hand with hanging hardware already attached with shatter-proof Perspex acrylic front.Size example: 12” x 8”.12” x 8” is the size of the actually photo/image, add the 1” mat all around the image and then the frame width (.88”) and the total frame size would be 15.50” x 11.50”.If you would like a different color mat, different size mat, different type of frame or not mat at all, please contact me for options and prices. The framed print can vary in size depending on the type of mat/color requested.
