Description: I had bought a pack of these back in the 1980s in Geneva and always thought I'd frame the last one. When fully unfolded it measures 13.25" across. There are deep creases where it has been folded. They can be ironed out if dry mounted or would likely flatten under a glass frame. A similar map of Lucern dated 1597 was in the same series. However a Johann Jakob Scheuchzer from 1773 was credited with a similar map of Lausanne. Most map makers borrow from each other so I'm sorry to say I can't place the date on it. I am leaning towards the 16th Century because by the 18th Century I would expect the city to have been much bigger.
