Description: Up for auction is a rare Anheuser Busch Budweiser wooden sign. The sign is made of plywood and measures approximately 29" wide x 26" tall x 1/2" thick. All original paint, no touch-ups. The lettering and other decorations look they're hand-painted, the eagle logo looks like a transfer. It's in 2 pieces, there was probably a board along the back that held them together at one point. There is some loss along the edges as shown and general wear to the wood and paint from the years. I acquired this from a wall on the inside of a garage in NE Ohio about 25 years ago and has hung on my bar-front until now. I've searched for years and have not found another sign like this. Because of the unique shape, this may have come off of a horse drawn wagon, I'm not really sure. Feel free to email me with any questions and thanks for looking.
