Intime of California double chiffon & lace peignoir nightgown & robe set Small

Additionally, one of the tie closures has been cut on one side making it shorter. I see no other issues with the robe The hem is out on the gown and can be repaired. Even though it is out, it looks ok and doesn't hang below the bottom of the chiffon lace overlay. There is also a small area of chiffon thinning under the arm at the seam. Please see pictures
