Simply slide this mount into the cheek lining of any crash helmet, I have made the sliding tongue hollow as some crash helmets like my Shoei X - Spirit 3 have clip in liners which will obstruct the mount, this way it can be mounted through these clips & also add security to the mount. The mount is compatible with the Insta 360 GO 3 action camera. The mount has been designed to tilt slightly downwards as this gives a better angle of film & a better POV shot.
