It has plastic wheels with sprung trucks and metal couplers. It is a kit with metal castings (partially built) and is in new condition with no known issues. This car has road number 97300 and comes in original box. Will combine shipping for multiple cars. I am a model railroader with a large collection of HO railroad equipment.
