I will mention any damage I see but used costumes are being sold AS IS. I do have some that are new. Rare vintage 80'-90's cocktail Party Prom dress. Has shoulder pads, zips in the back, has a higher hem one the side and 2 rows of wonderful ruffles. The body of the dress is lined. You can puff up the ruffles to look bigger. The top is all sequins. I see a couple of threads but not noticeable when wearing. I mail USPS priority or UPS. First class for light items and media mail for tapes or books.
