Description: This dress is handmade by me. I used Pattern M6619 from McCall's Size 3-4 But I used hook and loop on the straps so that they can be adjusted to get a more custom fit. It also ties in the back like an apron so that it can custom fit around the waist also. It is made with Charmeuse (similar to prom dress) and has ribbon and lace elements with a tulle over skirt. Sewn with French seams so there are no exposed seams to fray. . See picture for measurements and please ask if needing any questions you might have.
