Gilbert American Flyer HO 30744 'Thunderbolt' Freight Set Original Box

Description: This one offers a Gilbert American Flyer HO gauge # 30744 HO freight set box (only) for a 'Thunderbolt' set. There is also a partial #1 smoke accessory kit included. Neat thing about the envelope for the smoke kit - first time I've ever seen a warning label on anything Gilbert made if the contents were ingested to contact a physician. Finally, there is an assembly and operating instruction sheet included with the set box. The insert is fairly nice, as is the set box. There is address printing on the underside of the lower insert to ship to A.C. Gilbert in Branford, CT. I've had a few things come in with similiar markings in the past, but they are few and far between. The set box itself measures approximately 21.5" x 19" x 2.5". This is the last catalogued set that Gilbert made in the HO line as far as I'm aware. Contents would have been: 31045 3301033012333123322033122335213355533625 Not an easy set box to come by.
