This is a very sturdy handle, that is nice-looking and that operates well and is reversable. Yes, the round knob on the handle allows the knob to turn backwards for storage. The handle will fit on the following reel models: 300, 308, 330, 350, 400, 408, 410, and 440. It will probably fit on most 200 size reels also.
