No cracks, no pitting. I know other people call these by various names but I know them as "cream cakes" (think Twinkies) - little half-round sponge cakes that were stuck together with pastry cream filling to make a bar shape. Also used for baking puff pastry rolls filled with jam and other "tea cakes" and pastries. And French Rolls. Others would use these for Cornbread Sticks.I package extremely well and ship out daily!
