With International Shipping taking approx 1-5 weeks, strings, tuning, etc may need readjustments. SHIPPING We ship by USPS and China Post and will provide a tracking number so you can conveniently monitor the shipping progress on it`s website. We will offer you a full refund only if the item you received is broken or defective. Please return it within 3 days after you received it, in the original or approved packaging.
