(2) Open the packet. Gently part sock-type foot mask along the top open seam, and slip over the feet. (3) Leave on for a minimum of 60-90 minutes. Also, within the treatment period, if foot mask is too loose or you need to walk around, please wear regular socks on top of the foot masks to prevent slipping. Do not walk with only foot mask on.
