Description: Pictured is a quite early grey graniteware teapot offered for sale. The tapered tea pot has a unique handle attachment I've not seen before, quite primitive! The pot is missing its hinged cover and there is wear beside the handle. The underside shows light crazing. The interior base is tarnished, however the interior sidewalls are perfect. It measures 7 3/8" in overall height & dates from 1895 - 1920. Certainly a novel teapot adding variety to ones collection.....
