Any damage or shortage must be noted in writing with the freight carrier before accepting shipment. If possible, customer should keep a copy of the noted damage or shortage for his/her records. Otherwise, National Tool Warehouse customer service will assist the customer in filing the freight claim for reimbursement from the carrier but any possible loss will be incurred by the customer. Defective items will have to be returned prior to a new item being shipped. All defects are handled according to the manufacturers return policy. Before returning a defective product, you must contact Customer Service either by e-mail or by phone in order to receive an RGA Returned Goods Authorization form. That form is your approval to ship the product back to the address given on the bottom right-hand corner of the form.
