Dead Man's Walk is a prequel to Lonesom Dove and introduces a young Augustus McCrae and Woodrow Call. It is set in the early 1840's. David Arquette stars as Gus and Johnny Lee Miller as a young Woodrow. Others in the cast are F. Murray Abraham, Keith Caradine, Patricia Childress, Brian Denehy, Edward James Olmos, Eric Schweig and Harry Dean Stanton. This is the Hallmark DVD edition from 2001 and is presented in a 1:33:1 format. It is approximately 283 minutes long. Comanche Moon is another prequel, with Gus and Woodrow now young men. Steve Zahn is Gus and Karl Urban is Woodrow. Supporting players include Val Kilmer, Linda Cardellini, Elizabeth Banks, Wes Studi and others.This is the 2008 Sony Pictures edition in a 1:78:1 format.
