Description: The_Authentic_Arrowhead_Store DURAN SOUTH TEXAS This very cool DURAN came from South Texas and is an Ex T.L. Donahoe piece. It comes with a Roy Motley Certificate of Authenticity. It is obviously authentic and shows nice use with great patination. It is made from a nice piece of Edward's Plateau chert. It has great edge work and an excellent form overall. There is no modern damage. The flaking is exceptional for the type. Duran points are Late to Transitional Archaic in age, ranging from 2,000 to 3,000 years old. They are highly sought after by collectors. This one will make a nice addition to any authentic collection. Size 1.85 inches in length.
