Description: Offered is the vintage art book "Drawings of the Masters-Persian Drawings from the 14th through the 19th Century", with text written by B. W. Robinson and published in New York by Shorewood Publishers. The book has a 1965 copyright date and appears to be a first edition. There are 96 illustrations, most in black and white but some in color. The original cardboard slipcase is included. The book is approx. 9 1/2" x 9" and contains 141 pages. It is in very good condition. The tan hard cover has no wear except for a small area at the top of the spine. The dark words on the front and spine are still vivid. There is no cracking inside either the front or back cover. The white endpapers are mostly clean but have yellowed slightly. I see no missing or torn pages and all of the pages are well-attached to the binding. They have yellowed slightly but are otherwise generally clean and clear. I see no writing in the book. The green cardboard slipcase has a very short split at the top of the open side, with some other light wear along that side. It has faded slightly. The color pastedown picture is undamaged. I have a lot of experience with vintage and antique books but am not an expert so please let me know if my description is missing information and you have additional questions.
