Description: A recent-ish production Conn 11D. Has the newer wrap, much closer to a true Geyer-style design. The instrument is in great shape. Only a few minor dings and scratches visible in the photos. The instrument is relatively lightweight, has nice and fast valve action (something I really like about Conn horns and wish I could replicate on other instruments). It’s a very nice player and with a larger bell than the 10D creates a sound that is a nice middle ground between smaller belled instruments and your big 8D sound. Originally purchased the instrument with the idea of using it for a frankenhorn project, but decided to go in a different direction. Attractively priced at $3250.
