Description: This is a figure of a railroad conductor standing on the platform. He measures 2-1/4" tall (approx. 1:32 scale). The figure is a reproduction cast in tin from a scarce cast iron original (Grey Iron, c. 1940s) and is hand-painted by Leddy & Slack. He wears a blue uniform & cap and has his left hand on his hip. Pictured here beside a Lionel #490 Observation Car, he would make a charming addition to any vintage Standard Gauge or G scale street layout. Leddy & Slack figures are cast tin, hand-painted, and contain no lead. All our pieces are proudly manufactured in New York State.
