Once they are established and like where they are growing at your home.. They will bloom in spring/summer months and go dormant in the wintertime but return each year with beautiful flowers.. The older the vine the more flowers you will have growing on them.. The germination period could be long but it is well worth the wait. For it to germinate well it needs full Hot Sun with temps of 80 degrees for 6 hrs. per day I have done that with all my clematis vines and they are doing super! Plant in Full to partial Sun.
