Description: This is a signed 8x10 glossy black and white photo from the 1953 12 part Republic serial "Jungle Drums of Africa" signed by the two stars of the film Clayton Moore, the future Lone Ranger star and Phyliss Coates, who go on would play Lois Lane in The Adventues of Superman with George Reeves. Great Photo with an unmasked Clayton and a blonde Phyliss! Phyliss signed it in black sharpie "Best Wishes! Phyliss Coates w/ Clay" and Clayton Moore piked up on what she had written and he signed it "Me Too! Clayton Moore" I corresponded with both in the 1990s and they both felt they had a great time making this movie and liked each other and it shows with the little playful inscriptions on the photo. Clayton passed away 25 years ago and Phyliss passed last year, the last regular cast member of the Adventures of Superman. Two TV legends on the same photo signed by both. Authentically signed! Not a reprint! Will pass any third party authentication. I've been an in person autograph collector for over thirty five years, I did some through the mail, such as this one on occasion, but mainly I collected in person. It was mainly music,and specifically alternative stuff. I'm getting older now and I've realized I don't need to keep it all as I have way too much stuff. Pricing stuff cheap to move it all. It doesn't apply here but in the auctions where I say I have "photo proof" I mean I have a photo of me with them. I didn't take pictures of people signing stuff, as I think it's rude, and which would you rather have? A photo of you looking like you are hanging out with the person? or a photo of them looking down signing a record?
