ALL OF THESE TIRES HAVE BEEN PROPERLY STORED INDOORS AND THEY ARE IN NEW UNMOUNTED CONDITION (SOME ARE SLIGHTLY DISTORED, BUT THEY WILL BE FINE WHEN MOUNTED. I ONLY HAVE ONE OF THESE...NO PAIRS! WHERE SHIPPING APPLIES...USPS AND UPS ARE BOTH LISTED ON THE SHIPPING TAB. I can and will ship Internationally...please ask for quote before buying. I've owned a bike repair shop for 25 years and I use Ebay for income over the winter...I'm not selling NOS parts...just trying to keep old bikes running for cheap!
