Features King Carlos of Portugal and Affonso Penna, President of Brazil. The 50 Rs card was upgraded with one 20 RS and 3 10 Rs stamps cancelled Sept. 28, 1908 in Santos and addressed to Dresden, Germany with a message in German from a son to his father. Small tear in the middle of the left edge and light corner wear.
