Description: Upgraded! This is not an OEM unit. After having my Bowflex M6 Servo unit quit working I decided to take it apart to find out what the problem was. What I found was a stripped gear, as shown in the last photo. To fix I found a similar gear but made of brass. Since it is thinner I installed 2 of them to get the proper thickness to ensure proper engagement when in use. I have had no problems since the repair. I figured since I had the problem others might also, so I looked into finding these units and upgrading them. What I found works fine but does not include the cable bracket on the side or the one on the front. Those you will have to move over from your unit onto the replacement.
