Description: The BIC LUX 71/3R Stereo Receiver is a vintage gem that is perfect for audiophiles looking for a high-quality sound experience. Made by Luxman in Japan, this receiver is known for its exceptional performance and durability. Featuring a sleek design, the 71/3R is a great addition to any vintage audio collection. It has been tested and is in excellent working condition. With its brand name and model number, this receiver is a must-have for anyone looking for a high-performance audio system. Fully tested, Working perfectly.Cosmetics are excellent but there is a scratch on the top of the face plate. These supposedly were imported from Luxman before Luxman had a distributorship in the US.BIC imported them and numbered them.I think this is the same as the Luxman FQ-900 (or it IS the FQ-900 renamed). Silly rare. I've been into vintage since before it was vintage and I never heard of or saw one of these.Clean inside and out.Sounds great on phono (vinyl). Has 2 phono inputs. The tuner is cool, it has (3) manual adjusted pre-sets beside the main manual tuning. The wood case is excellent. I cleaned it and will wax it. I have a massive vintage collection and would have no problem keeping it for myself. But, alas, moving, need to let something go.
