I am converting my 2016/17 Proof listing so I can now take offers and avoid confusion with sold cards continuing to show up in searches. All scans are recent as of the listing, front and back. All prices are negotiable, I can always change the listing to fixed price if needed. I only end items due to my error, no other reasons. Another possibility for any single cards is to upload them through COMC, they have so far not raised their shipping rates. I am in the process of switching everything to the hated GSP, I can look into changing items on an individual basis if you contact me first. If you are looking to save on shipping and plan on attending the National or any shows in the Chicago/St. Louis/Indy area keep in mind most of these items can be hand delivered.
