It is furnished with the original furniture and accessories.It is 3 feet tall and 4 feet wide and is very well built. This dollhouse is in very good condition. I bought this new for my daughters in 1978. They loved it and had lots of fun playing with it. Lots of room for Barbie and her friends or any 11” doll. It has been carefully packed away for about 30- 35 years. It is now time for some other lucky children to enjoy it. The Dream house is in excellent condition with just a few small defects: On the back, 1 little window is missing and 2 little windows are there but don’t stay on. The refrigerator – the tiny tab at the top of one door broke. I tried to fix it. Now it is taped with a butterfly bandage that work very well as a hinge so it can open and close just fine. (2 extra bandages included)Small table in living room – the white top is missing but I replaced it with of pink plastic top. 0ne or two of the plastic covers that protect the frame have a crack on them. This is cosmetic only. Everything else is fine. It will come disassembled if I have to ship it to you.. I have the top roofs just sitting on the frame for the pictures but the screws are there to put it on right. I included two little Tupperware pieces (a bowl and a strainer) so Barbie can have some Tupperware.The three pieces of the dollhouse can be moved apart for easy access to the inside. I had hoped I wouldn’t have to ship this but I will ship if I have to. For shipping, I will have to DISMANTLE the dollhouse so it will arrive UNASSEMBLED and you will have to put it all back together. If someone wants to pick it up and save shipping (and me dismantling and you putting it back together) that would be great. I am also willing to drive up to 30 miles or I will deliver to the South Bend, IN, Mishawaka, IN, Granger, IN, Elkhart IN and Niles MI and close surrounding areas.If the shipping is less based on where you live, I will refund you the difference.
