Description: Authentic vintage Fender Telecaster body from 1969. Body is ash and was originally blonde. Original finish removed to bare wood and then body apparently hand rubbed with oil. It's very thin, almost non-existent. No apparent over sanding. Body edges very good. Dramatic grain! Routed for neck humbucker. "DEL" lightly carved in wood above neck pocket (pictured). Common cracks in narrow wood between neck pocket and neck pickup routs. At first glance it looks like a few pickguard screws may have been moved slightly, but upon very close inspection those do not look like holes (not positive). One small mystery hole next to rear strap button screw hole (not big enough to have been used for that). Original jack cup retaining clip included. Very lightweight at approximately 4 pounds.
