It is feet’s in but not perfectly. It’s stable with the candle on top. But looks like the same finish. And it’s looking very nice a dramatic together! This piece is heavy! In very good condition! The upper piece and the candle are included! The candle is very large and being used. The cost of the candle only $ 55 ( in new condition). Size of the brass base is 13” high. 16” wide on the base. 4” the top diameter. Size of the extra brass piece on the top 7”-3” diameter. Museum quality item!
