Description: This set of three bottles were made by Burroughs Wellcome & Company London and they were used in early Photographic applications. There are three different sizes of bottles all with a cork, labels and contents. The sizes are approx. 2-1/4", 2-1/2" and 3-1/4". The contents include Chromium Intensifier, Glycin Accelerator and Metal Quinol Accelerator. These are all marked Photographic under the Tabloid lettering. Some of the contents may have been used, but mostly full. The cork tops seem original and two have a label on them which is hard to find. The bottom of the bottle is embossed B W & Co. London. I see no cracks or chips on the glass and the labels are tight to the bottle. The labels show some age related wear, fade and stains, but overall not bad. All the lettering although small is legible except for a very small spot on the bigger bottle. The middle bottle is marked Stone Hill Buildings London, E.G. The other are marked London, Sydney and Cape Town. I would date these from the 1940s or earlier. See Photos for the condition. These make a nice display set.
