That will get you started on finding out more about these people who owned the book. There is much info on Thrnall, and Ruby Remmer is the same person as Ruby Morgan. There are many John Wehners. You can go to Findagrave and newspapers online and figure out which one is him. I have it down to 3 John Wehners that died at the appropriate time in his locale. Enjoy your search, and enjoy the book, which is nicely refurbished now and tight. It will easily last another 150 years as opposed to similar books for sale online that will fall apart.
