Description: Very nice antique German Westerwald stein selling from my Dad's collection. He collected antique German and other steins for over 50 years. This stands 12 inches tall and is made from a gray salt glaze pottery with blue floral detail and incised detailing. The lid is made of pewter and overall it is in very nice condition. There are two rough spots near the top part of the stein along the decorative blue striped edge that I tried to capture in the photos. Bottom underside is glazed not rough.
