These gorgeous timeless, classic natural Akoya Japanese Antique Estate pearls are stunning! With 104 pearls total on the original silk strand, knotted between each pearl, this graduated necklace goes from the largest pearl at 7.6 mm all the way down to 3.1 mm. This necklace has not been cleaned, and will come AS IS. There are NO damaged pearls from what I can see, but it could use a cleaning and possibly a restringing. The knots all seem very strong still but some knots do show some wear and dirt slightly to the naked eye. Some pearls have minor dirt/spots on them as well. The filigree fish hook clasp, stamped ‘sterling’ and looks to have the jewelers hallmark at the end of ‘sterling’ - I can’t make out what the jewelers hallmark is, if in fact that is what it is!
