Antique Electrified Double Amber Shades Converted Oil Brass Study Lamp

Description: This Listing is for an Antique Converted Oil Brass Study Lamp with Matching Double Amber Shades. This Electrified Lamp has a weighted base and three levels of Brightness controlled by a corded switch. We believe this late 1800s – early 1900s lamp was Manufactured in England by John Scott but the lamp is missing the Wick Winders that would have had the Scott Hallmarks. As you can see by the listing photos, we’ve tested the Lamp and it works great. Overall, this Gorgeous Lamp is in Amazing Shape relative to its age. The Original Patina of the Lamp’s Brass has a wonderful luster and has minimal signs of age for a Lamp that is probably over 125 years old. The Amber Glass Shades are in almost flawless shape. The only issues are the main center bar which allows one to adjust the height of the Lights – the once presumably shiny veneer has been worn away from use. And the Loop Handle on the very top has more signs of wear than the rest of the Lamp. Please, take a good look at the Listing Pics because we’ve made every effort to show the realistic condition of this lamp so you can make an informed decision. The Lamp is almost 22” inches tall, 19” across. The individual shades are each 8 ½” inches diameter, 5 ½” inches in height. The Weighted Base is 6 ½” inches diameter.
