This volume deals extensively with Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Philippines, and Samoa. I would say the book is in fair to poor condition. I have included photos of the binding coming apart. There are a few pages that are not attached but they are present. I did not see any writing or marks. It's just a very old book that has been no doubt perused extensively.
