Weight: A plant in a 6” pot will weigh between 3.5lbs to 4lbs. Boxes: We can fit up to 4 plants growing in 6” pots into our largest box. Please note this box is classified by the USPS as being oversized and with the new changes to Dimensional Weight, this box can be extremely expensive for shipping to some USPS zones. We assure the safe arrival of your plant however we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of any blooms, but we will do our very best to protect them during shipping DAMAGES Claims: We have been packing and shipping plants across the USA for over 20 years with great success, and we take great care to ensure the safe arrival of your order. We insure every box we ship out and take pictures of the contents before during and after shipping. If your package or contents are damaged during shipping, it is ESSENTIAL you contact us within 24 hours of recorded delivery with pictures of the damages, the box and any heat pack if applicable. This is a USPS requirement, NOT a Tezula Plants requirement. Failure to submit any issue within 24 hours of delivery can result in a claim denial for which we will not be held responsible for. We take pictures of every plant that is shipped from our facility before shipping, during shipping and after shipping so we can provide indisputable proof as to the quality of the plant and our packing should a claim need to be filed.
