Many pages of scenes/settings. See what Samantha's town was like with pictures of buildings and a detailed map. There are also several rooms to her lovely home featured. It is big so that Samantha fits right in measuring about 24" tall by 29" long. Opened and laying flat it measures about 58" long. It has been played with and some of the edges have some minor wear. The inside of the book is in excellent condition. It is clean and ready to be played with some more. There is a tiny tear on the back page near the bottom of the display. There are 2 snaps - one to carry the scenes and the other to keep them closed. The one to keep them closed is broken. The carry strap is fine. I AM NOT AN EXPERT WHEN IT COMES TO GAUGING THE CONDITION OF USED OR VINTAGE ITEMS. I EXPLAIN AS MUCH AS I CAN AND TAKE MANY PICTURES AT DIFFERENT ANGLES TO SHOW GREATER DETAILS. I will package the item very carefully using a variety of shipping/packaging materials....bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc. I always include insurance for breakable and fragile items.
