Description: Listing is for one American Flyer 5311T "Black Diamond" Passenger Train Set.Set is missing transformer which would've been an American Flyer No. 1 1/2 transformer.Comes with 12 sections of curved track to make a complete circle, locks to connect all sections, uncoupler, track power terminal, locomotive, tender, baggage car, and two coach cars.Locomotive, tender, and cars all have wear and tear and cosmetic imperfections. Track and related components have minimal rust and all cardboard insulators are intact, some of the track connecting pins are bent but do not prevent track from being put together.All original literature is still present but has heavily aged or deteriorated. Selling for parts or repair due to the following reasons.The coach cars each appear to have a roll of paper inside, we are unsure what it is but we are guessing the cars had something shown in the windows at some point which has since peeled off and rolled itself up from age. Locomotive only ran sometimes when given power and would only run in reverse when it did work even when changing lever on bottom of tender.Wire feeding power from tender to locomotive lights is broken, the locomotive lights did work when supplied power directly.We were unable to test the "choo-choo" and smoke functions of the locomotive and do not know if they work or not.See photos for more details or anything we may have missed in our description.
