Description: 4-unit enameled metal and diecast Union Pacific City of Denver type streamliner, originally made 1936, has been professionally restored, yellow and brown with red details. It is the darker yellow version. Includes 12.5” 1684 diecast power car with 2-position reverse and headlight, 1621Y coach with light, 1636Y coach with whistle and 1632Y observation with light. Set is shiny-clean, about 50” long together, has light wear from operation and use since restoration. Power car ran and reversed, headlight worked when tested, 2 car lights worked. As is, no operation warranty. The whistle did not work when bench tested and was not investigated. For track operation, the whistle requires special track with extra rails, not included. It will operate fine on 3 rail O gauge track, without the whistle. A great looking set. All Items, including N.O.S. (new-old-stock), are graded and represented as vintage collectibles. Operational ability and characteristics or completeness of vintage motors, mechanisms, wiring, bulbs etc are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee coupler operation.
