Description: Adventures of Tintin LOT of 21 Little, Brown large softcover albums, including five (5) 1st American Editions and mostly early American editions from the 1970s. Only Blue Lotus is a later print from the '80s. Please keep reading for a full breakdown of every book included. USED BOOKS: I noticed foxing on 9 of these books (mostly seen on the inside covers and first last pages. The guts of the books are clean. All books may show a little foxing at the edges of the pages, but only those 9 show any inside the books at all. Explorers of the Moon has brittle glue at the spine with the top of the book starting to separate from the spine a little. Otherwise the spines are strong on the rest of the books with a little spine roll and some spine tics. Most of these books (11) would qualify as Good or better by used book standards. The 9 foxed books would be Good books if not for the foxing, so I ran the listing as Acceptable mainly for that reason and the spine problems of the other book. Aside from the Blue Lotus, the set is from the same collector who wrote his name in the front of all his books. There are some little bits of paint on the bottoms of these books mostly near the spine from sitting on a shelf the original owner had painted. There was actually NO evidence of any lead in the paint when I tested it on one of the books, but the test itself left a small yellow mark on the bottom of that book. The paint just kind of breaks away when you turn the pages and will basically chip off. I take pride in my packing and all shipments are securely protected. Free USPS Media Mail shipping in the US.
