ALL cases have some extent of extremely minor scuffing or scratching right out of the box from CGC. No case is perfect, however, every case that I sell is as nice as to be expected from CGC. 2 - CGC slabs *may* have some amount of Newton rings. If you buy CGC graded comics, this is just something you have to deal with. If it more than what I feel should be acceptable, I will note that in the listing. 3 - I try to price all of my slabs at the lower end of recent sales. If you feel like you have to make an offer, due to someone else having it priced lower or decreasing valuation, you can message me and make the offer.
