500gb External USB Hard Drive

Description: These are assorted make/model 500gb hard drives in a simple external enclosure. A USB cable is included as a free accessory. Drives are like-new pulls from laptops that were upgraded to SSD installs prior to sale locally. These are essentially nearzero-mileage disks, they have only been spun up long enough for an OEM such as Dell or HP to plunk down an install of Windows, and then for me to erase the drive by overwriting it with zeroes and formatting it with a new filesystem. In vehicular terms this is less than a single mile on the odometer. Brands and sub-brands may include HGST (Hitachi), Toshiba, WD Blue, WD Black, and others; sorry, but I cannot guarantee a specific make or model drive. All drives are 500gig mechanical (spinning-platter) drives, NOT SSDs. While they will never match the performance of an SSD, in normal, everyday use, this does not actually matter. I'm sorry, I can't provide post-purchase support, and I can only provide a non-DOA guarantee for each drive; the included USB cable is not covered under this warranty. The cable is included as a free accessory, and the quality on them is not the best; unfortunately, this is out of my hands because of how the supplies work that I myself buy.
