These medals were present by the National Board for the Promotion of Rifle Practice, a branch of the Civilian Marksmanship Program used for gun safety, marksmanship training, and competitions. These medals are brand new and still factory sealed in plastic. I envelope that they were shipped in did not have a zip code on the mailing address, so is pre 1963. The pictures are of each medal, front and rear sides and from the side view of the front side.
