Colorful. 1 Silver Trim This is a very nice selection of NEW YEAR postcards that are ANTIQUE from the early 1900s, and they show young PRETTY GIRLS as ANGELS. Two of these are a SET. and one of the has SILVER TRIM in the design. There are FLOWERS, along with HOLLY AND BERRIES. The postcards are nicely drawn, and they have good detail that makes them pleasing to look at. These are flat printed postcards. These are good postcards to add to a collection. They would appeal to collectors because of their age, their colorful and attractive nature, and the way they capture life back in the early 1900s. Overall, a nice selection of antique New Year postcards at a reasonable price. The postcards are UNPOSTED (1) and POSTED (2) with cancel dates of 1908-16. These postcards would have been "Printed in Germany" during the "Golden Age of Postcards" (1908-1915 era). They have DIVIDED backs. These are BETTER POSTCARDS and good for a collector. The postcards will keep their value! They are in good condition. Regarding condition, please note that we try to remove damaged postcards from our lots, and only sell those postcards that are worth having in a collection. However, because of their age, please expect some creases, cuts, stains, and edge wear on the postcards. We do not want you to be disappointed.
